Location:
The modern complex "Therma Eco Spa & Kids & Villas" is located on the Black Sea coast, 24 km from the cultural capital of Bulgaria, the city of Varna, between the resort complex Albena and the climatic resort village of Kranevo. The complex is located within the boundaries of a natural park close to a unique nature reserve - the Baltata longose forest, 8 km from the historical site - the Alanja rock monastery (XIII century). In the vicinity of the complex, near the city of Balchik, there are the Palace Architectural and Park Complex designed by Italian architects Americo and Augustino, with the Techna Yuva Palace (Quiet Nest) of the Romanian Queen Mary, the Botanical Garden of Sofia University.
The Therma Eco Spa & Kids & Villas complex is located on an area of 4 hectares, which made it possible to place two five-star hotels on this territory for 600 vacationers with indoor and outdoor pools with mineral water, an Olympic size outdoor sports pool, an indoor ice arena designed for both professional athletes and ice skating enthusiasts, eighteen comfortable two-story villas, an equipped sandy beach with restaurants, sports grounds, bars and a pizzeria, green park areas with plants from different countries.
